The links below provide access to application forms for various types of events requiring permits from the Washington County Board of Supervisors. A brief description of the use of each form is also provided.

• Application for Fireworks Display Permit – To be completed by organizations desiring to conduct professional fireworks displays in the unincorporated areas of Washington County as part of organized events, holidays, etc.

• Application for Parade Permit – To be completed by organizations wishing to hold parades, marches, runs/marathons, demonstrations, etc. on the public roads and highways in the unincorporated areas of Washington County as part of organized events.

• Application for Special Entertainment Permit – To be completed by organizations desiring to hold special entertainment events such as music festivals in the unincorporated areas of Washington County.

• Application for Waste Hauler Permit – To be completed by solid waste collection services providers wishing to do business in the unincorporated areas of Washington
